Deadline has announced Jessica Biel has been cast as Victoria/Viper in The Wolverine.
This is the sequel to Wolverine Origins. Viper is described as "a complex character who at one point was a peer of Logan's as well as an enemy. She was a major player in criminal organization Hydra and, in one story arc, blackmailed Logan/Wolverine into marrying her."
In the comics Viper later turns into Madame Hydra and clashes with the Avengers, but I doubt we will see her crossover into those films since they are owned by two different film companies.
